Natural, warm, and engaging
Carolyn has been a major-market radio personality for the last few decades. Until March 2020, she was the midday host at 92.5 The River, (9 years); before that she was on-air at WBOS (8 years), KKSF (3 years), and WFNX (3 years). Aside from music, she has a passion for theatre, having performed while a student at Bowdoin College and later at Chicago's Organic Theatre. Carolyn has also been a Theatre and Arts reporter/reviewer for various radio stations.
These days, she continues both her freelance Voice Over career from her home studio, and she crafts and hosts Brain Games for groups of 6-12 via Zoom. (More players can partake in person...post Covid-19)
Carolyn's from the Boston area, and she and her husband live there now - after some years in Chicago and San Francisco. They have a daughter and son and dog sit as often as possible.
Carolyn has volunteered for Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown, MA, reading audio books and for San Francisco's Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, reading news. She sings tenor with the Threshold Choir, an a cappella group that sings for patients in Hospice care.
